Orders are made in Bradford. Founders who want to choose the weight in person can take the train and handle the garments at the unit.
There is no BR Apparel workshop in London. Production for new brands runs from the Bradford unit. The train from London King’s Cross to Bradford is under three hours, direct or with a change at Leeds, and the unit is a short taxi from the station.
Come and handle 180gsm, 240gsm and 280gsm, and a 350gsm hoodie against a 400gsm hoodie, before you order. A photograph does not show the difference.
What a London order includes
Minimums and lead time
Overseas cut and sew is typically 100 per style per colour and three to four months. We start at 25 mixed garments, from stock blanks, so there is no fabric minimum.
White label
We do not cut and sew to your pattern. We buy premium blanks and relabel them with your woven label. Private label is a different job.
Samples
We sample from a single garment so you can hold the real thing. Samples are chargeable and are not credited against a later order.
What the quote needs
Garment, quantity, decoration, artwork and garment colour all change the number. A one colour print on a dark garment needs a white base, which makes it two colours.

- Premium blanks from Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit and AS Colour. Caps from Beechfield, Yupoong and Flexfit. Held in stock.
- Decoration
- Screen print, DTF and embroidery. Spot colour with a base white included as standard, every job specified and checked to our standard.
- Your own label
- Supplier label removed, your woven label stitched in. Printed care labels and swing tickets. Labels are 100 per design.
- Finishing
- Bagged, tagged and packed, ready to sell. Relabelling and finishing from 25 garments, mixed styles counted together.

- Yes. Sizing runs XXS to 3XL on most styles, and several tees and the Cruiser 2.0 hoodie go to 5XL. Sizes mix inside the 25 garment count.
