BR Apparel Launch Studio is in Bradford, about two hours from Birmingham by the M6 and M62. Weight and handle are not visible in a photograph, so founders drive over and handle the garments before they order.

Handle the garments
A 350gsm hoodie and a 400gsm hoodie look the same on a screen. At the unit you can put both in your hands, see a woven label in a neck, and compare embroidery with print on the same piece.
From 25 garments
Overseas cut and sew starts around 100 per style per colour. Mixed styles count together here, so 10 tees, 10 hoodies and 5 sweatshirts is a first drop.
Your own woven label
We buy premium blanks and relabel them. That is white label. The supplier label comes out and your woven label goes in, with care labels and swing tickets.
One invoice
Garments, decoration, labels and finishing are one job. You are not coordinating a blank supplier, a printer and a finisher.

- Premium blanks from Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit and AS Colour. Caps from Beechfield, Yupoong and Flexfit. Held in stock.
- Decoration
- Screen print, DTF and embroidery. Spot colour with a base white included as standard, every job specified and checked to our standard.
- Your own label
- Supplier label removed, your woven label stitched in. Printed care labels and swing tickets. Labels are 100 per design.
- Finishing
- Bagged, tagged and packed, ready to sell. Relabelling and finishing from 25 garments, mixed styles counted together.
