Your clothing brand, made properly
Your Brand Partner
We take founders from first sample to first sale. Premium garments, your own woven neck labels, decorated, finished and bagged ready to sell.
From 25 garments. Two to three week lead time. Thirty years in Yorkshire textiles behind the business.
Most new brands fail on the neck label
A founder spends months on their logo. Picks the right garment. Gets the print exactly how they wanted it.
Then a customer tries it on and finds someone else's brand name in the collar.
That is the difference between a printed blank and a product. It is also the difference between a brand people buy once and one they come back to.
Everything handled in one place
Garment sourcing
Premium blanks from Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit and AS Colour. Organic and recycled cotton, retail weights, held in stock.
Decoration
Embroidery on Tajima machines, DTF, and automatic screen print in spot colour with a base white included. Every job specified and checked to our standard.
Your own label
Supplier label removed, your woven label stitched in. Printed care labels and swing tickets.
Finishing
Bagged, tagged and packed, ready to go straight to your customers or your stockists.
One supplier. One invoice. One point of contact.
Where most first drops go wrong
There are two routes open to a new brand, and neither is built for a first drop.
Overseas cut and sew. Genuine manufacturing, but minimums start at 100 per style per colour and the timeline runs to three or four months once sampling and shipping are counted. You commit real money before you know what sells.
Buying blanks. Quick and cheap, but you have bought a garment, not a product. The supplier name is still in the neck, and finishing it properly is a job you now have to arrange yourself.
We are the bit in between.
| Overseas cut and sew | Blank suppliers | BR Apparel | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum order | 100+ per style, per colour | Off the shelf | From 25 garments |
| Lead time | Three to four months | Stock, then you arrange finishing | Two to three weeks, finished |
| Own woven label | At their minimums | Not included | Included from 25 |
| Fabric minimums | Hundreds of metres | None | None |
| Reorder | Start again | Reorder blanks, finish again | 10 to 14 days |
| Can you visit | No | No | Yes, Bradford |
Get to market, find out what sells, then scale. That is a far cheaper way to learn than committing to 500 units of something nobody wants.
We are the start, not the ceiling
Most brands should begin on stock garments. Low minimums, short lead times, and you find out what sells before you commit real money to anything.
There comes a point where that stops being enough: a weight nobody makes, a fit that does not exist, a construction detail that is the idea. That is when bespoke cut and sew starts to make sense.
When your volumes justify it, we will tell you honestly.
Most suppliers want you to outgrow them quietly and go elsewhere. We would rather be the one you call.
Made in Bradford since 2013
Our own unit, with Tajima embroidery and DTF under one roof. Not a middleman and not a print-on-demand site: a supplier and decorator that new brands can actually stand behind.
Come and see the unit. Handling the garments and the labels tells you more than any spec sheet, and clients have travelled a long way to do exactly that.
